| Changzhou Texhong Textile Co., Ltd.one of the wholly owned subsidiary of Texhong, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise which acquired and restructured by Texhong on the basis of acquisition of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Changzhou Daming Company, was established on 8 August 2006. The company registered capital of RMB32.145 million, covering 113,479 sq. m. of floor area and 73,900 sq. m. of construction area. There are more than 1,200 employees and are equipped with 71,760 ring spinning spindle, 101 sets of air-jet looms, the main products are T/R Core Series, Core Series combed cotton, bedding fabrics series. Our Group’s R&D (research & development) center is set up in the factory, the factory is responsible for its operations and management. There are over 200 products developed and created every year. We are growing to be one of the most influential enterprises in the textiles industry in the Chang Zhou region. |
