In August 1997, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and set in Hong Kong and ever since then as the key investment body Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. has been investing on a series of textile project in China as following:
On Oct. 20 1997, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Textile (Taizhou) Co., Ltd. and started production by renting part of the looms from the government-owned Taizhou No. 2 Weaving Mill;
On Jan. 4 1998, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Textile (Jinhua) Co., Ltd. and stared production by rending part of the looms from Pujiang General Textile Mill;
On Jun. 26 1998, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Textile (Suining) Co., Ltd. and started production by renting part of the looms from Suining Textile Mill;
On May 18 2000, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Textile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Pujiang Xintian Textile Co., Ltd. in Pujiang County of Zhejiang Province. Further in 2002, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. purchased all shares of Texhong Textile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. held by Pujiang Xintian Textile Co., Ltd. and Texhong Textile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. thus became the wholly owned subsidiary company of Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd.
On Jun. 6 2000, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Century Texhong Textile (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. [originally called Jiangsu Xintian Textile Co., Ltd.] in Suining Country of Jiangsu Province and purchased the bankrupted Suining Textile Mill;
On Nov. 15 2000, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Weaving (Taizhou) Co., Ltd. in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province and purchased the bankrupted Taizhou No. 2 Weaving Mil;
On April 23 2003, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Century Texhong Textile (Taizhou) Co., Ltd. in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province;
On May 10 2002, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Century Texhong Textile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.;
On Jun. 27 2002, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Century Texhong Textile (Nantong) Co., Ltd. and purchased the bankrupted Xiongying Textile Co., Ltd.;
On Jan. 13 2003, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Century Texhong Textile (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province;
On April 30 2004, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Yinfeng Textile (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. in Feng County of Jiangsu Province and purchased the bankrupted Feng County Textile Mill;
On May 20 2004, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Yinhai Industrial (Nantong) Co., Ltd. in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province;
On May 26 2004, Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. established Texhong Textile (Holding) Co., Ltd. in BVI;
In July 2004, Texhong Textile (Group) Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Cayman Islands and started re-organizing the subsidiary textile companies held by Texhong (Hongkong) Industrial Co., Ltd. through the intermediate Texhong Textile (Holding) Co., Ltd.;
From July to Dec. 2004, the re-organization is finished.
On Dec. 9 204, Texhong Textile (Group) Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Hong Kong Stock Market, stock number: 2678;
On Dec. 29 2004, Texhong Times Textile (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. was established;
On Jan. 10 2005, Texhong Textile Investment Co., Ltd. was established in BVI;
On Feb. 16 2005, Texhong Yinfeng Textile Co., Ltd. Xuzhou City Branch Company was established;
On Jun. 21 2005, Texhong (China) Investment Co., Ltd. was registered and established inn Shanghai. |
