Executive Director

Mr.Hong Tianzhu,born in 1968,is an executive Director and Chairman of the Group.He is the founder of the Group. He is responsible for the strategic development and strategic deployment,project investment and decision-making for major issues,leadership and policy decision-making for establishment of corporate culture of the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the textile industry.Prior to establishing the Group, Mr.Hong was a vice general manager of晉江藝豐服裝織造有限公司(Jinjiang Yifeng Garment Weaving Company Limited). 

Executive Director

Mr.Zhu Yongxiang,born in 1966,is an executive Director,vice Chairman and chief executive officer of the Group.He is responsible for the strategy implementation,operational planning and decision-making,decision-making for major issues and organizational implementation of the Group.Mr.Zhu graduated from the南通紡織工學院(Nantong Textile Industry College)in 1987.Prior to joining the Group in 1997,Mr.Zhu was an assistant to the general manager of南通第二棉紡織廠(Nantong No.2 Cotton Textile Factory).

Professor Cheng Longdi,born in 1959,was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 21 November 2004. Professor Cheng obtained his doctorate degree in textile engineering from Donghua University in 2002. He is currently a professor(2nd grade)in College of Textiles and a deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Textile Science and Technology of Donghua University. Professor Cheng is a member of the expert committee of each of the following institutions:the China Cotton Textile Association of New Technology(as a deputy director),the China Knitting Industrial Association,the China Bast And Leaf Fibers Textile Association and the China Textile Machinery Association. Professor Cheng was an engineer of the China Textile Academy(formerly known as Textile Academy of Textile Ministry). Professor Cheng is currently an independent director of Hengli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(stock code:600346)which is a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Professor Tao Xiaoming, born in 1957,was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 3 March 2014. Professor Tao received a bachelor’s degree in textile engineering from China Textile University(中國紡織大學)(currently known as Donghua University(東華大學) ) in 1982 and a doctorate degree in textile physics from University of New South Wales in 1987.

Work experience in the textile industry:

·  From 1987 to 1988 and from 1990 to 1994,she had been a scientist of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation of Australia;

·  From 1988 to 1990,she had been a lecturer of Donghua University;

·  She has been responsible for relevant teaching and research at the Institute of Textiles and Clothing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 1994;

·  She has been the chair professor in Textile Technology at the Institute of Textiles 

and Clothing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2004;

·  She has been a director and a member of the administrative committee and the science and technology committee of the Hong Kong Research Center of Textile and Apparel Ltd(香港紡織服裝研究中心),a company with limited liability,since 2006;

·  From 2007 to 2010,she was elected as the world president of The Textile Institute;

·  She has served as a non-executive director of Hong Kong Anrunpu Technology Co.,Ltd.(香港安潤普科技有限公司), a high-tech company specializing in R&D and production of flexible sensors,since 2009;

·  She has served as the Director of the Research Institute for Intelligent Wearable Systems since 2021.

Academic achievement in the textile industry:

Professor Tao has seven academic monographs and more than 800 research papers published,and has obtained more than 41 patents,with her achievement widely recognized internationally. Professor Tao's innovations in intelligent textiles and clothing and fibre engineering(such as low-twist yarns,solospun yarns and fabric sensing technology)are the most prominent,which have been widely used in the textile industry.

Personal honour:

· Honorary fellowship of The Textile Institute;

· Elected fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers;

· Elected fellow of the Royal Academy of Arts and Design and Commerce of the United Kingdom;

· Founder award of the Fiber Society of the United States;

· Guanghua Engineering Scientific and Technological Award of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
