As the core force on the production line, the maintenance skills of equipment line employees directly impact equipment efficiency, product quality, and even the construction and enhancement of the company's core competitiveness. To comprehensively improve the professional competence of the Group's equipment maintenance talents and strengthen the talent foundation for the Group's high-quality development, after several months of careful preparation, the Group's Technical School has been successfully established. The Shandong Hongwei training base successfully held the opening ceremony for the first phase on April 11^th, 2025.

    As one of the training bases, Shandong Hongwei is fully aware of the heavy responsibility on its shoulders. To this end, the entire company has been meticulously preparing: from equipment debugging to venue layout, from safety protection to logistical support. “We strive to create an environment where every trainee can learn with peace of mind and practice with confidence," says a member of the management team of Shandong Hongwei.

    At the opening ceremony, Wu Yunjian, the principal of the Group's Technical School, took the lead in delivering a speech. He elaborated on the significance and purpose of the Group's establishment of the Technical School. At the same time, with a rigorous academic attitude, he clarified how and what to learn in technical training, and put forward strict requirements for all students. Immediately afterwards, Liu Li, the executive deputy general manager of Shandong Hongwei, delivered an enthusiastic welcome speech. She sincerely welcomed the students who came from afar and, while expressing her welcome, put forward three highly instructive learning requirements: to immerse oneself in learning with an "empty cup mentality"; to hone skills with "practical standards"; and to seek progress together with a "spirit of collaboration". Subsequently, Guo Jinxi, the vice principal of the Shandong Training Base, gave a detailed explanation on training work. He explained the course settings, logistical support, and disciplinary requirements established for this training in detail.

    To do a good job, one must first sharpen his tools. To ensure that the trainees coming to the Shandong base have a worthwhile trip and learn real skills, the Shandong base has selected excellent teachers for each process to be responsible for teaching. At the opening ceremony, the representative of the training teachers also made a solemn statement: they will share the theoretical knowledge and operational skills they have mastered with all the trainees without reservation, help and teach with an open mind, and fulfill their duties and responsibilities to complete this training work. Although this opening ceremony was brief, it was of extraordinary significance, marking the beginning of learning skills and making progress together.
